The Opportunity
The Stock Room Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all back-of-house stock operations, ensuring inventory is received, stored, processed and replenished efficiently to support excellent product availability and customer service. This is a hands-on role that involves regular manual handling, including the safe lifting, carrying and movement of stock and delivery cartons weighing up to 20kg, in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

As a Stockroom Coordinator, you’ll:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the stockroom, ensuring it is organised, safe and compliant.
- Oversee delivery processing, stock intake and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure timely replenishment of the sales floor to maximise product availability and sales opportunities.
- Monitor stock loss, damages and discrepancies, implementing corrective actions where required.
- Maintain health and safety standards within the stockroom and delivery areas.
- Support stock takes, audits and inventory management processes.
- Work closely with the store management team to deliver operational excellence and commercial objectives.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- Previous retail stockroom, inventory or operations experience.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of stock control systems and retail operations.
- Flexibility required as the role will involve weekends and Bank Holidays
