YOUR NEW JOB:

For our store in London Battersea Power St (Woman), we are looking for a Stockroom Manager to join our team.

The Stockroom Manager is responsible for managing store stock, leading the stockroom team, and ensuring efficient and effective stockroom operations to support sales and customer satisfaction.

40 hours per week.

Full flexibility required, Monday to Sunday.

At least 1 year of proven experience in a Stockroom Manager/Supervisor role within the retail industry is a must.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading, coaching and developing teams.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Stock Management: Oversee the management of store stock, ensuring accurate inventory levels, timely replenishment, and effective stock control to support sales and minimize shrinkage.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the stockroom team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment that emphasizes accuracy and efficiency in stock handling.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure efficient and effective stockroom operations, optimizing processes for receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise to the sales floor.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Implement procedures to maintain inventory accuracy, conducting regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and alignment with business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess stockroom performance, using feedback and operational metrics to make improvements and ensure alignment with business goals.
