Join adidas and help build the foundation of an exceptional retail experience.

At adidas, sport drives everything we do. For over 75 years, we've pushed boundaries, inspired communities, and created products that connect athletes, creators, and consumers around the world.

We're excited to be opening a brand-new store at Resorts World Birmingham and are looking for an experienced Stockroom Manager to play a pivotal role in its success from day one.

Behind every great store is an outstanding stock operation. This is an opportunity to lead one of the most important areas of the business, ensuring our products are available, our operations run efficiently, and our consumers receive the best possible adidas experience.

We are seeking an organised, commercially minded, and hands-on Stockroom Manager to oversee all stockroom operations in our newest store location. This role is ideal for a retail professional who thrives on operational excellence, enjoys developing others, and understands the critical role stock availability plays in driving sales and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

As Stockroom Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining an efficient stockroom operation that supports the overall success of the store.

You Will

  • Lead all stockroom operations, ensuring product is received, processed, and made available to consumers quickly and accurately
  • Manage merchandise flow between the stockroom and sales floor to maximise product availability and sales opportunities
  • Ensure deliveries are processed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of stock accuracy and loss prevention
  • Take ownership of inventory movements, stock transfers, and warehouse communications
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe stockroom environment that supports operational excellence
  • Use your retail expertise to identify opportunities to improve stock processes and operational efficiency
  • Support the wider store team by ensuring products are available when and where consumers need them
  • Coach and develop team members on stockroom processes, accuracy, and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with store management and sales floor teams to deliver business objectives
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by leading through example and supporting colleagues across the store
  • Ensure all operational procedures, compliance standards, and health and safety guidelines are consistently followed

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
