About the Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and hands-on Stockroom Supervisor to join our REISS team.

As Stockroom Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the stockroom, supporting the wider store team and helping us deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will take ownership of stock accuracy, deliveries, replenishment, and stockroom standards while leading and supporting the stock team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the stockroom, ensuring it remains organised, efficient, and safe.
  • Receive, check, and process deliveries accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of stock accuracy and organisation.
  • Coordinate stock replenishment to ensure the shop floor is fully supported.
  • Complete regular stock checks and assist with stock investigations and discrepancies.
  • Support stock transfers, returns, and other stock-related processes.
  • Prioritise workload effectively during busy trading periods.
  • Lead, motivate, and support stockroom team members, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Work closely with the Store Management and Sales teams to meet business and customer needs.
  • Follow all company procedures relating to stock handling, security, and health & safety.
  • Maintain the premium standards expected of the REISS brand across the stockroom and back-of-house areas.

About You

You will be an organised and reliable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or retail environment.
  • Has experience supervising or supporting a team.
  • Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Works well under pressure and can prioritise effectively.
  • Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Takes ownership and uses initiative.
  • Is physically able to handle deliveries and move stock as required.
  • Has a genuine interest in fashion and understands the importance of delivering a premium customer experience.
