Experienced Stone Worktop Installer
- Location: Preston (covering installations across the North West; short-term travel/staying away required on occasion)
- Salary: Competitive / Negotiable based on experience

About the Role We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Stone Worktop Installer to join our team based in Preston. You will be fitting premium granite, quartz, marble, and porcelain worktops across prestigious residential and high-end commercial projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled fitter who takes genuine pride in high-precision craftsmanship, clean jointing, and delivering exceptional customer service to discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Transporting, handling, and installing high-end granite, marble, quartz, and porcelain worktops.
- Dry-fitting, scribing, seaming, and jointing on-site to exact tolerances.
- Dressing, polishing, and refinishing edges or cutouts as required during installation.
- Liaising with site managers, high-end residential clients, and kitchen designers to ensure seamless handover.
- Maintaining installation vehicles, equipment, and maintaining safe site working standards.
Requirements & Skills
- Location: Must be based in or around Preston (within a 1-hour commute).
- Experience: Proven, hands-on experience installing hard surface stone worktops (granite, quartz, marble, porcelain) is essential.
- Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence (required for company vehicle).
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and occasionally work away short-term for special project installs.
- Work Ethic: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills on-site, and a polite, professional client-facing manner.
