We’re looking for an experienced Storage Engineer with strong automation and infrastructure-as-code experience to join a technical team working on the delivery, integration and optimisation of enterprise storage infrastructure.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for automating storage provisioning, supporting integrations into existing environments, and ensuring storage services are fully tested and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automate the provisioning and configuration of enterprise storage environments.
  • Develop and maintain Terraform-based pipelines to enable efficient and repeatable storage deployment.
  • Build and support self-service workflows for storage provisioning.
  • Integrate storage provisioning processes with internal forms and API-driven workflows.
  • Work closely with storage platform vendors and internal engineering teams to resolve integration and deployment issues.
  • Support the onboarding of storage services into production environments.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, mounting and storage availability issues across environments.
  • Carry out storage validation and performance testing to establish baseline metrics.
  • Verify that storage flows and mounts operate correctly before and after production deployment.
  • Identify and resolve issues across the storage provisioning and integration lifecycle.
  • Contribute to improving automation, reliability and operational efficiency across the storage environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
