About The Role

As a Store Assistant, you are the face of PANGAIA and an ambassador of our brand values within our concession at Selfridges, London.

You create meaningful connections with customers, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, supported, and inspired. Through exceptional service, product knowledge, and attention to detail, you help deliver an elevated in-store experience while contributing to the success of the store.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will support daily operations, maintain high visual and service standards, and play an active role in achieving sales goals.

A day in the life

  • Welcome customers and create a warm, engaging, and memorable shopping experience
  • Build genuine customer relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat visits
  • Share product knowledge and brand stories confidently, helping customers find the right solutions for their needs
  • Support the achievement of sales targets through excellent customer service and proactive selling
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the concession always reflects the PANGAIA brand
  • Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory activities
  • Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure the concession runs smoothly
  • Collaborate closely with the Store Manager and wider retail team
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing PANGAIA's values, mission, and commitment to innovation and sustainability

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or premium customer service environments
  • Strong customer-first mindset and genuine passion for creating exceptional experiences
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
  • Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about our products, materials, and brand mission
  • Additional language is a plus

What do we offer

  • Part-time contract: 24 hours per week
  • Hourly rate: 14.8 GBP/hour
  • Working schedule spread across 3–4 days per week
  • Availability required on selected weekends
