Purpose & Expectations
The Store Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of all store development, refurbishment, maintenance and compliance projects across the EMEA region. This role manages a team of Store Development professionals and external partners to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to Lovisa's operational and brand standards.
The role holds accountability for construction delivery, capital expenditure management, contractor performance, maintenance programmes and regulatory compliance across both existing and new store portfolios. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership capability with extensive retail construction experience gained across multiple countries and markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of 6+ Store Development professionals across multiple countries within the EMEA region.
- Drive the execution of the EMEA store opening strategy, ensuring new stores are delivered in line with business growth objectives.
- Communicate seamlessly in strong partnership with the Global team.
- Establish and maintain store rollout programmes across existing and emerging markets.
- Manage multiple concurrent construction, refurbishment and relocation projects across the region.
- Develop and maintain project governance, reporting and KPI tracking for all development activities.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders including contractors, consultants, architects, landlords and shopping centre management teams.
- Oversee tendering processes, contract negotiations and supplier performance management.
- Own regional Capex budgets and ensure effective cost control across all projects.
- Ensure all projects comply with local building regulations, health and safety requirements and company standards.
- Lead weekly project reviews with key business partners including Retail Operations, IT, Logistics and Finance.
- Manage maintenance and facilities programmes across the store portfolio.
- Provide strategic recommendations to support future market expansion and business growth.

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience managing end-to-end store development projects, including new market entry, multi-country rollouts and portfolio refurbishment programmes.
- Significant experience delivering multi-site retail rollouts across the EMEA region.
- Proven people leadership experience, including direct management of 7+ team members.
- Experience supporting international expansion and new market entry projects.
- Strong financial management capability with responsibility for substantial Capex budgets.
- Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder groups across multiple countries and cultures.
- Excellent contractor, supplier and vendor management experience.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills.
- Exceptional planning, organisational and project management capabilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Highly effective communicator with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
- Results-focused with a proactive and hands-on leadership style.
