Store Development Coordinator

As a Store Development Coordinator, you’ll play an important part in helping our stores look and feel their best. Working closely with our store, property, visual merchandising and wider support teams, you’ll help coordinate projects that improve the customer experience and support the successful opening, refurbishment and development of our stores.

You’ll be organised, proactive and confident managing multiple tasks at once. From coordinating contractors and suppliers to keeping project information up to date, you’ll help make sure every detail is looked after and that our stores are ready for our customers and colleagues.

Our stores are at the heart of our business, so you’ll work with teams across the organisation to keep projects moving, communicate progress and help resolve issues when they arise. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting things done and wants to make a visible contribution to our store estate.

What we’re dreaming of seeing:

We’re looking for a Store Development Coordinator who is naturally organised and enjoys bringing people together. You’ll be comfortable coordinating timelines, updating records and communicating with a range of stakeholders, while keeping a close eye on detail and making sure deadlines are met.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Helping our stores feel comfortable
