We're partnering with a fast-growing premium fashion brand to recruit an exceptional Store Director for a key London location.
As the leader of the store, you'll be responsible for driving commercial performance, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and building a highly engaged team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, setting the standards, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management and sales team
- Drive sales, profitability, and key business KPIs
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through strong leadership on the shop floor
- Create a positive, collaborative, and results-driven culture
- Analyse store performance and implement action plans to drive success
- Ensure operational excellence and uphold brand standards at all times

About You
- Proven experience as a Store Director, General Manager, or Senior Store Manager within premium, luxury, or contemporary retail
- A strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results
- Passionate about people leadership and team development
- Customer-centric, energetic, and highly motivated
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment
