Store Front Offering Director - Until February 2027 - Remote

The Store Front Offering Director plans and delivers Store Front activity that improves sales, margin and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing relationships, setting and monitoring performance standards, implementing catalogue and pricing strategies, and coordinating launches and promotions. The role operates within a fast-paced environment where prioritisation, problem solving and stakeholder management are essential. This role is within a large provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services for the life science and healthcare sectors. The office location for this role is close to Paddington Station. However, remote work is available.

The Offering Director is expected to act as programme manager to define operational processes, establish reporting and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across workflows. They will use performance insight to recommend commercial actions, mitigate risks such as compliance or inventory issues, and ensure timely resolution of Store Front incidents. Regular communication with leadership and cross-functional teams is required to align Store Front plans with broader business objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
