At Sally Europe, we're passionate about helping our customers look and feel their best. Behind every great customer experience is a well-organised store, and we're looking for a proactive Store Inventory Assistant to help make that happen.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key part in keeping our stockroom running efficiently, delivering products safely to customers, and supporting the team on the shop floor. If you're someone who enjoys being active, takes pride in staying organised and loves providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Receiving, organising and replenishing stock to keep the store running smoothly.
- Carrying out deliveries to customers using a company vehicle, ensuring products arrive safely and on time.
- Using handheld scanners and inventory systems to maintain accurate stock records.
- Supporting customers in store and over the phone with friendly, knowledgeable service.
- Helping grow sales by building relationships with customers and recommending products that meet their needs.
- Processing transactions through the till and supporting promotional activity in store.
- Working closely with the wider team to create an efficient, safe and welcoming environment.

What we're looking for
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Organised, reliable and enjoys a hands-on role.
- A confident communicator with great customer service skills.
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- Able to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Confident using basic computer systems and handheld technology.
- Physically able to move and handle stock safely.

You'll Also Need
- A full, clean UK manual driving licence.
- Previous experience in retail, stock control, deliveries or customer service would be an advantage, but it's not essential.
