Store Leader – Weston
Salary: OTE £70,000 depending on experience
Hours: 42.25 hours per week, including weekends

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong automotive dealership experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing people, and knows how to drive outstanding commercial results.

What You’ll Be Doing
As Store Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind the showroom’s success — motivating your team, delivering exceptional customer journeys, and ensuring the site performs at its absolute best.
You’ll:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a successful team of Business Managers and Sales Consultants
- Drive performance and maximise sales opportunities across the dealership
- Create a positive, energetic, and customer-focused culture
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve and exceed targets
- Oversee the full customer journey, ensuring an outstanding buying experience
- Manage stock control and vehicle valuations confidently and effectively
- Analyse performance data and report insights to senior leadership
- Deliver impactful sales campaigns and promotional activity
- Ensure full compliance with FCA, GDPR, and company policies
- Lead from the front with passion, professionalism, and integrity

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Proven leadership experience within the automotive industry
- Strong track record in automotive sales performance
- Experience managing and motivating dealership sales teams
- Knowledge of finance and insurance products
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to drive profitability
- Experience using dealership management systems (DMS)
- Understanding of FCA and GDPR compliance standards

- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Confident making decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated by developing people and building winning teams
