STORE MANAGER – NEW OPENING BICESTER
Tom Ford Fashion is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Bicester Village Outlet.
The Store Manager will be fully responsible for the commercial performance, operational excellence, and people management of the store, ensuring the highest standards of luxury retail execution while maintaining the prestige and values of the Tom Ford brand within an outlet environment.
Reporting to the Director of Stores & Operations, the Store Manager will act as a Brand Ambassador, driving sales performance, developing the client portfolio, leading the team, and ensuring an exceptional and consistent client experience while maximizing business opportunities within a fast-paced retail environment.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Commercial & Sales Performance
- Drive store sales performance to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying opportunities and implementing action plans to maximize sales and profitability.
- Lead by example through active selling and high-level client engagement.
- Develop and grow a strong local and international client portfolio through effective clienteling and CRM strategies.
- Maximize conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction, and repeat business while maintaining the highest luxury service standards.
- Identify opportunities to optimize stock rotation and commercial opportunities within the outlet environment.
Store Operations & Administration
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee stock management, deliveries, replenishment, inventory accuracy, stockroom organization, and loss prevention.
- Manage cash operations, banking procedures, reporting, and administrative activities.
- Monitor operational costs and contribute to achieving profitability objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, legal requirements, health & safety standards, and audit procedures.

Client Experience & Brand Standards
- Deliver and maintain an exceptional luxury client experience in line with Tom Ford standards.
- Ensure excellence in visual merchandising, product presentation, and overall store appearance.
- Build long-term relationships with local and international clients through personalized service.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, ensuring every client interaction reflects the values and image of Tom Ford.
Business Management
- Analyze store KPIs, CRM data, and commercial performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Retail Operations, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, HR, and Head Office functions.
- Ensure efficient stock management while maintaining strong commercial performance.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across all areas of the business.
Compliance, Suppliers & Maintenance
- Manage relationships with suppliers and external contractors.
- Oversee routine and extraordinary maintenance of the store.
- Ensure all operational processes comply with company procedures, legal requirements, and security standards.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Manager within Luxury Retail, preferably within an outlet or premium retail environment.
- Strong background in luxury fashion, with experience in Ready-to-Wear and Accessories.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive commercial results.
- Excellent clienteling and CRM management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
