What You’ll Do
- Lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver premium customer service.
- Drive store performance through strong leadership, coaching and engagement.
- Maintain exceptional standards across service, store presentation and operations.
- Be hands‑on on the shop floor, leading from the front with customers and colleagues.
- Manage resources, sales performance and continuous store improvement.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail management experience (optical experience beneficial but not essential).
- A confident, people‑focused leader with strong emotional intelligence.
- Customer‑obsessed, commercially aware and calm under pressure.
- Passion for service excellence, coaching teams and premium retail.
