Store Manager | Premium Retail | Up to £35,000 + Benefits
Are you a people person with a passion for great retail and creating a lovely experience for customers? We're looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to join a growing, design-led retail business.
You'll be hands-on in the day-to-day running of the store, supporting and inspiring the team, and helping to create a welcoming space that customers genuinely enjoy spending time in.

Key Responsibilities of the Store Manager
- Take full ownership of the store, motivating, supporting, and developing a strong, engaged team.
- Deliver a high level of personalised customer service while ensuring the brand's image, values, and standards are consistently reflected.
- Drive the team towards sales, KPI, and profitability goals, proactively identifying ways to improve performance and maximise opportunities.
- Ensure the store maintains excellent standards in visual merchandising, overall presentation, and daily operations.
- Oversee stock control, staff scheduling, health and safety requirements, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Act as a confident ambassador for the brand, representing its identity, values, and customer experience at all times.
