We're looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our Eastbourne Store team and bring the ProCook experience to life.

As Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales, creating memorable customer experiences, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store. Working closely with your Regional Manager, you'll bring our strategy to life, champion our values, and inspire your team to achieve their best every day.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day
  • Create a positive and engaging store culture where colleagues feel supported, motivated and empowered
  • Drive sales performance and continually look for opportunities to exceed targets and KPIs
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including stock management, merchandising, compliance and store standards
  • Use commercial insight and performance data to identify opportunities and improve results
  • Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering outstanding service and supporting your team when it matters most
  • Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager to deliver business objectives and maximise store performance

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for setting clear goals, driving performance, and helping every colleague reach their full potential. From coaching and development to celebrating successes and supporting wellbeing, you'll play a vital role in creating an engaged and motivated team.

You'll also be confident managing the operational side of the business, ensuring the store runs efficiently while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Store Manager (essential)
  • Management experience within retail or hospitality (essential)
  • A proven track record of leading teams and driving performance
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence using sales and KPI data to make decisions
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
  • A hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong operational and stock management experience
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and developing people

This full-time role requires 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including weekends. The schedule consists of one full weekend off, one weekend on, one Saturday off, and one Sunday off within a 4-week cycle.

As part of your onboarding, you'll complete mandatory training including two days at our Store Support Centre in Gloucester and four weeks at one of our training stores. The timing and order of this training may vary.
