Store Manager | Cardiff | Up to £33,000 + Bonus

Are you an experienced Store Manager who loves great products, brilliant customer experiences, and leading a team?

We're looking for a Store Manager in Cardiff to lead an exciting retail store for a growing, purpose-led outdoor lifestyle brand.

This is a role for someone who wants to do more than simply run a store. You'll be responsible for the commercial performance of the business, but you'll also have the opportunity to make the store a genuine part of the Cardiff community, building relationships with customers and bringing the brand's passion for the sea and outdoors to life in the city.

The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the store, while leading and developing a passionate retail team.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Driving sales, KPIs, and overall store performance, taking ownership of the P&L
  • Creating a welcoming, knowledgeable, and engaging store environment
  • Building strong relationships with customers and the local community
  • Bringing the brand to life through events, partnerships, and local activations
  • Managing stock, visual merchandising, rotas, and operational standards
  • Feeding customer and local market insight back into the wider business

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager from premium fashion, lifestyle, outdoor, or specialist retail who knows how to lead from the front.

You'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience managing a retail store and delivering against sales and KPI targets
  • Strong people leadership skills with a genuine passion for developing others
  • A commercial mindset and confidence managing store performance and costs
  • Excellent customer service instincts and the ability to build lasting customer relationships
  • A passion for the sea, outdoors, sustainability, or an active lifestyle
  • The energy and personality to become a recognisable face of the brand within Cardiff
