Store Manager - Vision Express, Ryde Tesco

What We're Looking For

- Experience in a retail, hospitality or customer-focused environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to achieving results.
- The ability to coach, support and motivate others.
- Optical experience is beneficial but not essential.
