Store Manager | Premium Fashion Retail | Bath | Up to £38,000 + Bonus
Are you an experienced Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Department Manager with a background in premium fashion, lifestyle or luxury retail?
We're recruiting for a Store Manager in Bath for an established international retailer known for quality products, exceptional customer service and a premium shopping experience.

The Role
As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the store, leading your team to deliver excellent customer service while driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance.

You'll be hands-on in the day-to-day running of the store, setting high standards across customer experience, team performance, visual presentation and operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching and developing the retail team.
- Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance.
- Delivering a premium customer experience and building strong customer relationships.
- Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Managing stock, operations and compliance.
- Recruiting, developing and retaining talented colleagues.
- Creating a positive, engaging and high-performing store environment.
- Taking ownership of the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the store.
What We're Looking For
You'll have experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Department Manager within premium fashion, lifestyle, luxury or specialist retail.

We're looking for someone with:
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
- A genuine passion for customer service.
- A commercial approach with experience of achieving sales targets.
- Confidence working with KPIs and using them to improve performance.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example.
- The confidence to deliver a premium customer experience and build lasting customer relationships.
