Store Manager | Fashion Retail | Salary Up to £32,000 plus a great package

Are you an experienced retail leader ready to take ownership of a high-performing fashion store?

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Store Manager to lead a stylish fashion retailer in Bromley. As the Store Manager, you'll have full responsibility for driving commercial performance, developing your team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating a positive and motivating store environment.
  • Take ownership of sales, KPIs, and overall commercial performance, ensuring targets are consistently achieved.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, leading by example and setting high service standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance.
  • Analyse performance and use commercial insights to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, supporting their progression and performance.
  • Work closely with the wider business to ensure the store reflects the brand's standards and commercial objectives.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager, ideally within fashion, accessories, or premium retail.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering sales and KPI performance.
  • A confident and inspirational leader who can motivate, coach, and develop a team.
  • Customer-focused with a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of store performance.
  • Ambitious and energetic, with a desire to progress within a growing fashion brand.
