Are you an experienced Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Department Manager with a passion for fashion and a strong track record of delivering commercial results?
We're recruiting for a Store Manager in Bath for an established and growing fashion brand with a strong reputation for quality, style and customer experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven retail manager who loves fashion, enjoys leading from the front and knows how to create a store experience that customers want to come back to.

The Role
As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the Bath store, leading your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance.

You'll be a visible and hands-on leader, setting the tone for the team and making sure the store consistently delivers across customer service, styling, visual merchandising and commercial performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating and developing the store team.
- Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance.
- Creating an engaging and memorable customer experience.
- Building strong relationships with customers and developing loyalty.
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Managing stock, store operations and compliance.
- Recruiting, developing and retaining talented team members.
- Using commercial insight and KPIs to identify opportunities and improve performance.
- Taking full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store.
What We're Looking For
You'll have experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Department Manager within fashion retail, ideally within a premium or contemporary brand.
