Store Manager | Oxfordshire | Up to £43,000 plus bonus and benefits
We're on the hunt for a passionate, commercially driven and hands on Store Manager to lead a fantastic team in Oxfordshire.

As Store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the store, leading from the front, inspiring and motivating your team, driving strong sales performance and making every day a success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee the day to day running of the store, maintaining high standards across visual merchandising, stock presentation and store upkeep.
- Lead from the front on the shop floor, getting involved with customers and supporting the team to deliver an exceptional, personalised service.
- Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs through strong leadership, coaching and effective sales initiatives.
- Build strong client relationships and create a customer experience that drives loyalty and repeat business.
- Manage inventory, deliveries, stock control and product availability, ensuring the store operates efficiently.
- Monitor store performance and use data driven insights to maximise sales and profitability.
- Manage budgets, expenses and stock shrinkage with a commercially sharp approach.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues effectively, protecting the overall brand experience.
- Create a positive, collaborative team culture by motivating, developing and supporting your people.
- Work collaboratively across the management function, providing support and cover for colleagues when required.

What We're Looking For
- An experienced retail manager with a strong track record of delivering sales results, ideally within a premium or lifestyle brand.
- A strong sales performer who knows how to motivate a team and turn commercial opportunities into results.
- Commercially sharp and commercially savvy, with a strong understanding of KPIs, budgets, profitability and what drives a successful store.
- Operationally capable, organised and confident managing the detail behind a high performing retail environment.
- A confident leader who can inspire, develop and motivate a team while setting clear expectations and leading by example.
- Hands on and willing to get involved on the shop floor. You're someone who leads from the front.
- A natural team player who understands the importance of supporting and covering each other across the management function.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional, personalised customer experiences.
