Right now, we’re looking for a Store Manager who will launch our first new store in London and turn it into a place people will love coming back to - not only because of the products, but because of the atmosphere.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Launching and managing a new store.
  • Developing and leading the team - motivating people, planning shifts and organizing daily work.
  • You’ll be responsible for product orders, freshness checks, write-offs and stock replenishment - simply making sure everything runs smoothly and without gaps.
  • Strong attention to detail - from product presentation to cleanliness and the overall store atmosphere.
  • Creating an outstanding customer experience - from product recommendations to inspiring customers on how to eat healthier.

How we’ll know you’re the right fit:

  • You have retail experience, and sales skills are one of your strengths.
  • You are proactive by nature - you like to stay active and don’t just sit around waiting for things to happen.
  • You have led a store for at least 2 years and understand how retail works.
  • You have strong communication skills and can support customers throughout their shopping journey.
  • You have a keen eye for detail, quickly identifying even the smallest discrepancies and always striving to ensure everything is accurate and polished.
  • You understand commercial principles and can use data insights to make informed decisions.
  • You are a leader who leads by example - you take ownership of the store and the team and know how to bring out the best in both.
