Store Manager - Westfield White City - Up to £38,000 + bonus

I am excited to be supporting a rapidly expanding furniture brand, who are looking for store based staff to support their growth across London!

If you have a strong customer service and sales work ethic, and love speaking with customers, I'd love to hear from you! This is a great opportunity to get stuck into a permanent role, managing a brand new flagship store opening.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales performance and commercial ownership (all aspects from conversion rates, AOV, and managing targets)
  • Being a confident people leader, managing sales assistants and key holders, developing their skills and product knowledge from regular 1:1s
  • Providing a great customer service experience, upholding a welcoming showroom
  • Working closely with the Retail and Store Operations manager, contributing to insights from the floor to help improve overall standards

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of Store Management experience, in a sales focused environment (bonus points if you have experience in a showroom environment)
  • Commercially minded, confidence with owning targets and driving results
  • Strong people management and coaching skills
