The Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service, commercial performance, and team development. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing the team
- Driving sales and achieving performance targets
- Delivering outstanding customer service and product expertise
- Managing stock levels, merchandising, and product availability
- Overseeing workshop bookings and service standards
- Maintaining excellent relationships with the accounts office, management, and colleagues
- Recruiting, training, and coaching team members
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
- Managing rotas, staffing levels, and day-to-day operations
- Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing action plans where required
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an individual who is:
- Passionate about cycling and the cycling industry
- An experienced retail manager or supervisor with proven leadership skills
- Commercially aware with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Customer-focused and committed to delivering exceptional service
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Computer literate and confident using retail systems
- An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Previous experience within the cycling industry would be advantageous, although strong retail management experience from a similar environment will also be considered.

- Competitive salary ranging from £31,000 – £35,000 dependent on experience

Working Hours
Our stores operate between five and seven days per week, depending on location, with trading hours typically ranging from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Successful candidates must be flexible and available to work across these operating hours with split shifts where necessary, including weekends and peak trading periods.
