Store Manager | Outlet Fashion & Lifestyle Retail | West Yorkshire | £38,000 + Bonus

We are working with a leading global lifestyle and performance retail brand to recruit a Store Manager for their West Yorkshire outlet store. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Store Manager or Retail Manager to join a high-traffic, fast-paced retail environment where customer experience, commercial performance and team leadership are key to success.

We are looking for a driven, hands-on Store Manager who thrives in an outlet or high-volume retail environment and has a passion for leading teams to deliver strong commercial results.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Manager from a fashion, sports, lifestyle or outlet retail background who enjoys working in a performance-led environment.

The Role:

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the store's performance, leading a large and fast-moving retail team in a high-footfall outlet environment.

You will:

  • Lead, coach and inspire the retail team to deliver outstanding customer service and commercial results
  • Drive sales, KPIs, conversion and productivity, using store performance data to identify opportunities and implement action plans
  • Take responsibility for all store operations, including stock control, rotas, compliance and loss prevention
  • Maintain excellent standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and customer experience
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development to maximise team performance
  • Act as a key holder and lead from the front, creating a strong and positive culture on the retail shop floor

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager or senior retail management professional
  • Ideally experience within outlet retail, fashion retail, sports retail, lifestyle retail or another high-volume retail environment
  • Strong retail leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams
  • Commercially focused with a strong understanding of retail KPIs, sales and store performance
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and customer experience
  • Hands-on, organised and confident, with strong communication and decision-making skills
