Store Manager – Birmingham
Role Description
The Store Manager role at Sapphire Retail International Limited (SRL) is a full-time, on-site position based in Birmingham.
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, sales performance, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and visual merchandising standards.
The role will lead and develop the store team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, achieve sales targets, maintain effective stock control, and implement appropriate loss prevention measures to protect company assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and high operational standards.
- Drive sales performance through effective sales strategies, performance management, and team motivation.
- Lead, coach, and develop store staff to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming shopping experience.
- Manage inventory processes, including stock replenishment, stock accuracy, and loss prevention.
- Implement promotional activities and initiatives to increase store traffic and sales.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate business updates, objectives, and feedback.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally, both in person and over the phone.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with company guidelines.

Salary
£30,000–£37,000 per annum, depending on experience.
