The Role
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the commercial performance and day-to-day running of the Castleford store. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing retail team
- Driving sales, KPIs, conversion, ATV, UPT and productivity
- Using commercial data to identify opportunities and create clear action plans
- Setting high standards and holding the team accountable for performance
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Managing stock, rotas, compliance and loss prevention
- Leading recruitment, onboarding, coaching and ongoing development
- Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store presentation
About You
We're looking for an experienced Store Manager, Retail Manager or senior Assistant Manager with a strong commercial mindset and plenty of personality.

You'll ideally have:
- Experience in fashion, sports, lifestyle, footwear, outlet or high-volume retail
- A proven track record of delivering against sales and retail KPIs
- Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills
- The confidence to have honest performance conversations and drive accountability
- A hands-on approach and the energy to work in a fast-paced store
- Strong commercial awareness and decision-making skills
- A genuine passion for delivering great customer service
This is a hands-on Store Manager role for someone who wants to be visible, make decisions and drive results.
