Role: Store Manager

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Abersoch
Working Arrangements: 40 hours - Week Day & Weekends
Salary: From £30,710

Role Summary:

As Store Manager, you will lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive profitable growth, and uphold operational excellence. You will be responsible for implementing the retail plan, ensuring omnichannel service standards are met, and that your team is supported, developed, and empowered. You will play a key role in driving business growth, maintaining compliance, and protecting the integrity of the store, team, and brand.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, consistently demonstrating professionalism, Brand-aligned behaviour, and a positive attitude.
  • Ensure the store consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience that reflects brand values.
  • Lead, coach and inspire the entire store team, including Assistant Manager, Team Leads and crew. Fostering a culture of growth, accountability and teamwork.
  • Drive a high performance culture, setting clear expectations and delivering regular feedback.
  • Own the stores performance, ensuring targets are met across sales, service and operational KPI’s & compliance.
  • Manage recruitment, succession planning and team development to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Implement retail plans and visual merchandising standards.
  • Oversee stock management, ensuring stocktakes, stock checks and adjustments are kept inline with company standards.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion and wellbeing across the store team.
  • Represent the brands values through behaviour, communication and presentation.
  • To abide by all FatFace policies, procedures and brand values.
