Store Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Role: Full Time | Permanent
Are you an experienced Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or senior retail leader looking for your next challenge?
We're looking for a hands-on, customer-focused manager to join a growing business where you'll receive structured training, real responsibility, and a clear pathway into Branch Management.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Store Manager who enjoys leading from the front, developing people, and delivering exceptional customer service within a fast-paced environment.
While previous experience within this sector isn't essential, experience leading teams, driving performance, and creating an outstanding customer experience is.
The Role
As Store Manager, you'll support the day-to-day running of a busy customer-facing operation while developing the knowledge and experience to take full ownership of your own branch.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a customer-facing team
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive customer experience
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the branch
- Managing bookings, administration, and operational activity
- Monitoring service levels, workflow, and operational standards
- Driving sales performance and identifying opportunities to grow revenue
- Building strong customer relationships within the local area
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, compliance, and health & safety
- Developing your commercial awareness through hands-on operational experience
- Taking on increasing responsibility as part of your management development

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for an ambitious Store Manager or experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You may currently be working as a:
- Store Manager
- Assistant Store Manager
- Trading Manager
- Department Manager
- Team Manager
- Shift Manager
- Duty Manager
Experience within supermarkets, food retail, hospitality, leisure, or another high-volume customer-facing environment would be highly relevant.
You'll also have:
- Proven experience leading and motivating teams
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A proactive, hands-on management style
- The ability to work at pace while managing multiple priorities
- A Full UK Driving Licence
