Store Manager | Premium Retail | Salary up to £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager for a retailer renowned for its high standards of sales and customer service across its high-performing stores.

With a background in a high-service retail environment, we are looking for a proven Retail Manager who can thrive in an extremely competitive market. We are keen to speak with experienced Store Managers, Assistant Managers or Deputy Managers from people-focused stores and environments where customers return time and time again.

We are looking for a Store Manager with the ability, ambition and drive to manage a business that thrives on customer interaction and strong sales performance. You will have the autonomy to lead your team, drive sales, motivate your people and deliver an exceptional customer experience at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be customer-centric, ensuring the team consistently engages and interacts with customers

  • Lead and manage team performance, supporting and developing your people to achieve their potential
  • Drive sales and customer conversion on high-value purchases
  • Drive team incentives to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for retail and the customer journey
  • Be commercially aware, understand business performance and react quickly to areas that are underperforming

The successful Store Manager will be working within a customer-focused, assisted-sales environment, where exceptional service and relationship building are central to success.

You will develop the brand through an excellent customer experience, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and inspire your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
