Retail Store Manager – EE

Location: Widnes
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Bonus
OTE: £45,000+

Are you a driven retail leader with a passion for sales, people development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead an EE store, taking full ownership of performance, team engagement, and customer satisfaction. You’ll be at the heart of the business—driving sales across mobile, broadband, and TV, while building and inspiring a high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Taking full accountability for store performance, KPIs, and sales targets
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Retail Sales Advisors
  • Driving a high-performance culture focused on results and customer experience
  • Ensuring the store delivers against mobile, broadband, and TV sales objectives
  • Monitoring performance metrics and implementing action plans to improve results
  • Managing day-to-day store operations, including staffing, rotas, and compliance
  • Creating an engaging and motivating environment where your team can thrive

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a retail management or leadership role
  • A strong track record of delivering against sales targets and KPIs
  • Passion for coaching, developing, and motivating teams
  • Commercially minded with the ability to drive store performance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Resilient, results-driven, and highly organised

What You’ll Get

  • £28,000 – £32,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
  • Uncapped bonus structure (based on store performance)
  • Uncapped commission structure (based on personal performance)
