Store Manager – Central London £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits | Central London / Covent Garden

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a globally recognised women's fashion brand with a strong heritage, ambitious growth plans, and a reputation for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing team of 10 colleagues within a Central London location. This role offers significant exposure within the business and presents a strong opportunity for future career development into Area Management.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the store's commercial performance, team development, and customer experience. You will inspire and motivate your team to exceed targets while ensuring the highest standards of visual presentation, operational excellence, and brand representation.

About You

  • Previous retail management experience within fashion, lifestyle, premium, or luxury retail.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Commercially aware with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Passionate about customer service and brand storytelling.
  • Energetic, hands-on, and highly organised.
  • Ambitious and eager to progress within a growing international business.
