Store Manager – Premium Luxe Womenswear Fashion
Ashford Designer Outlet | Full-Time
I’m working with an established luxury fashion brand to find an experienced Store Manager for their Ashford Designer Outlet location.
This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader who knows how to balance strong sales performance with exceptional client experience and people development. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being visible on the shop floor, leading from the front and creating a team culture where people are motivated to perform.
The Role
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the store, including:
- Leading, motivating and developing the store team to achieve individual and store targets
- Driving sales performance across key KPIs including conversion, ATV, UPT and productivity
- Creating a strong service culture and ensuring every client receives an elevated, personalised experience
- Building a clienteling mindset within the team and encouraging proactive CRM and relationship building
- Coaching team members regularly through clear feedback, 1:1s and development plans
- Recruiting, onboarding and retaining high-performing talent
- Managing rotas, payroll and store operations effectively
- Maintaining excellent standards across VM, stock, operations and loss prevention
- Identifying commercial opportunities and taking action to improve performance
- Acting as a strong ambassador for the brand and its values

About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous experience managing a store or significant retail team within premium or luxury fashion
- A strong commercial mindset and confidence working with sales targets and KPIs
- Proven experience coaching and developing teams
- A genuine passion for client service and relationship building
- A hands-on leadership style – this is a role for someone who wants to be present and engaged on the shop floor
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- The ability to create energy, accountability and high standards within a team
