Zachary Daniels is partnering with a growing premium furniture and interiors brand to recruit a Store Manager for its busy London flagship. This is an opportunity to make your mark in a business with personality, ambition and a fresh approach to retail. The role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales, conversion and average order value, turning targets into clear daily actions.
- Coaching and motivating your team through regular feedback, training and development.
- Creating a premium, personal customer experience, from the first conversation through to appointments and follow-up.
- Keeping the showroom beautifully presented, with strong visual merchandising and product standards.
- Managing rotas, stock, deliveries and customer enquiries to keep the store running smoothly.
- Working closely with senior retail management to identify opportunities and put improvements into action.

About you
- Previous Store Manager experience in a sales-focused retail environment.
- A background in furniture, interiors, lifestyle, fashion or another premium retail setting.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys developing people and building a confident, motivated team.
- Commercially minded, with a proven ability to drive sales and deliver against KPIs.
- Passionate about delivering personal service and building lasting customer relationships.
- Organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail and pride in store presentation.
- An interest in interiors and design, with enthusiasm for helping customers find the right products for their homes.
- Flexible to work weekends and key trading periods, including Christmas.
