Store Manager - Ray‑Ban®

Ray‑Ban is a global icon built on self‑expression, cultural relevance and timeless design. As a Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front. Driving performance, inspiring your team and delivering exceptional brand‑led customer experiences.

What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of store performance, operations and team leadership
- Deliver KPIs through strong commercial and people management
- Recruit, coach and develop a high performing, inclusive team
- Analyse sales results and turn insight into action
- Deliver memorable customer experiences through confident storytelling and product expertise
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and brand standards
- Act as a Ray‑Ban and EssilorLuxottica brand ambassador

- Strong commercial and selling skills
