Overview

TEASE is looking for an experienced, commercially driven and hands-on Store Manager to lead our team at Bicester Village.

As one of the UK’s leading luxury shopping destinations, Bicester Village attracts a diverse and international customer base and operates to exceptionally high standards. We are therefore looking for a manager who understands how to deliver a premium guest experience while maintaining excellent operational standards and strong commercial results.

The Store Manager will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and performance of the store, including sales, profitability, labour management, product quality, food safety, team development, and customer satisfaction.

An equally important part of the role will be building and maintaining an excellent working relationship with the Bicester Village management and operational teams. You will ensure the store consistently meets both TEASE’s standards and the wider expectations of Bicester Village in relation to presentation, service, communication, compliance, and overall guest experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be visible on the shop floor, lead by example, and actively support the team during busy trading periods.

Responsibilities

Leadership and team development

  • Lead, motivate and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and retain high-performing team members.
  • Coach and develop Supervisors, Baristas, and other team members through regular feedback and performance reviews.
  • Create a positive, professional, and accountable store culture.
  • Lead daily briefings and regular team development meetings.
  • Manage attendance, conduct, and performance matters fairly and professionally.
  • Identify and develop future Supervisors and Assistant Managers.
  • Ensure all required training and development records are completed and kept up to date.

Bicester Village partnership and brand standards

  • Build and maintain a strong, professional relationship with the Bicester Village management and operational teams.
  • Act as the main day-to-day store contact for Bicester Village.
  • Represent TEASE professionally at Village meetings, briefings, events, and operational reviews.
  • Ensure the store meets all Bicester Village requirements relating to presentation, service, operations, access, deliveries, security, and compliance.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to requests, feedback, and operational updates from the Village team.
  • Ensure the appearance and atmosphere of the store remain appropriate for a premium luxury retail destination.
  • Work collaboratively with Bicester Village on promotional activity, seasonal campaigns, events, and periods of increased footfall.
  • Protect and strengthen TEASE’s reputation within the Village at all times.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
