Store Manager - Enniskillen
We are recruiting for a Store Manager in Enniskillen. Reporting to the Area Manager, our Store Managers are at the heart of delivering the very best customer experience through amazing people, excellent coffee and brilliant business management/controls.
Responsibilities
As a Store Manager you will take ownership of your own store, providing great customer service and the best standards of coffee and food. You will pride yourself on keeping your customers happy through fantastic service, whilst growing and developing your own team.
People
- Recruit and retain a strong team.
- Grow and develop your team by training, coaching and leading by example.
- Recognise and develop talent and encourage career progression.
Customers
- Ensure every visit leaves a lasting impression by putting the customers at the centre of everything you do.
- Support your team to deliver great customer satisfaction every single day.
- Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service.
Coffee
- Lead your team so that, through great training, quality ingredients and exceptional service, every customer is served their perfect coffee, every day.

- You'll have experience as a leader, ideally within the hospitality or retail sector.
- You will have good commerciality, helping guide your team to perform.
- You will be customer focused.
- You’ll have brilliant communication and organisation skills – you’ll be proactive and professional.
