Store Manager

Lakeside | Up to £42,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Are you an ambitious Store Manager who loves developing people, driving sales and creating exceptional customer experiences?

We're recruiting for a premium retail brand looking for an inspiring Store Manager to lead a high-profile store in Lakeside. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong people-first culture, excellent progression opportunities and a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading, coaching and developing your team to achieve exceptional results. You'll create a high performing culture, drive commercial success and ensure every customer receives a best-in-class retail experience.

This is far more than an operational management role. We're looking for a Store Manager who enjoys spending time on the shop floor, developing people, driving engagement and leading from the front.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading, coaching and developing a high performing retail team
  • Driving sales, KPI performance and commercial success
  • Building a culture of exceptional customer service and engagement
  • Recruiting, developing and retaining top retail talent
  • Creating succession plans and supporting future leaders within the business
  • Analysing trading performance and using data to improve results
  • Identifying opportunities to increase sales through customer engagement, events and commercial initiatives
  • Managing budgets, payroll, stock control and store performance
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders to share ideas and continuously improve performance
  • Ensuring the highest standards of visual merchandising, presentation and operational excellence

What we're looking for:

  • Experience as a Store Manager within a retail environment
  • A proven track record of delivering strong sales and KPI performance
  • Outstanding leadership and coaching skills
  • Experience developing and motivating high performing teams
  • Strong commercial awareness and decision-making ability
  • A passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
  • Experience within premium, fashion, lifestyle, beauty or service-led retail environments would be highly advantageous
  • A positive, energetic and proactive leadership style
