Store Manager
Plymouth
Up to £40,000 + Monthly Bonus
We're partnering with a much-loved retail brand to recruit an experienced Store Manager for its Plymouth location. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded retail leader who thrives in a customer-focused environment and knows how to create an exceptional in-store experience. We're looking for an established manager who can inspire a team, drive performance and build a positive, engaging culture where both colleagues and customers feel valued.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading, developing and motivating a high-performing store team
- Creating a customer-first environment that delivers outstanding service standards
- Driving conversion, sales and key commercial KPIs through effective coaching and leadership
- Building a passionate, engaged team culture that reflects the values of the brand
- Taking ownership of store performance, trading opportunities and operational excellence
- Recruiting, developing and retaining talent while creating clear succession plans
- Ensuring the store is visually inspiring, commercially strong and consistently delivers a premium customer experience

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Store Manager within womenswear, fashion, lingerie, accessories or a service-led retail environment
- A proven track record of driving sales growth, conversion and team performance
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others
- A hands-on, energetic approach and a genuine passion for customer experience
- Commercially aware with the confidence to make decisions and influence results
- Someone who thrives in a values-driven culture and leads by example
