Store Manager - Vision Express Clapham Common
Lead a premium optical business. Inspire a high-performing team. Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Vision Express store in Clapham Common. This is a unique opportunity to manage a successful Joint Venture store, leading from the front and creating an environment where both colleagues and customers thrive.
Following a recent refit, the store is in excellent condition and provides a fantastic setting to deliver the premium service Vision Express is known for.
What You'll Do
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the store and team
- Lead, coach and develop colleagues through regular 1:1s and performance conversations
- Create a culture focused on exceptional customer service and patient care
- Drive NPS, commercial performance and key business KPIs from the shop floor
- Lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results
- Ensure the store operates to the highest standards of compliance, presentation and service
- Partner closely with the Joint Venture Partner to support continued success and business growth

What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or equivalent leadership role
- A strong customer service background in retail, hospitality or another customer-focused environment
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
- Experience conducting effective 1:1s and managing performance positively
- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering KPI results
- A hands-on leader who enjoys being present on the shop floor
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
