Store Manager - Harrods Concession

MARIA TASH is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Harrods concession. The role is responsible for overall concession performance, team leadership, client development, and delivery of a consistent luxury client experience within the Harrods environment.

The Role

The Store Manager is responsible for overall concession performance, team leadership, and delivery of a consistent luxury client experience. This role drives business results through client development, operational execution, and team performance, while maintaining MARIA TASH brand standards and effective partnership with Harrods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive achievement of sales targets, KPIs, and fiscal plans through proactive clienteling and team performance
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience across all touchpoints
  • Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain talent, with a focus on accountability, performance, and building future leaders
  • Partner with MARIA TASH leadership, marketing, and Harrods stakeholders on client activations, product launches, and visual merchandising standards
  • Oversee daily concession operations including inventory, scheduling, security, and operational compliance, including applicable Harrods site requirements
  • Act as a MARIA TASH brand ambassador and uphold brand standards in presentation, service, and the overall concession environment
  • Maintain flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and other hours required to support business and Harrods trading needs

  • 3–4+ years of experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or client-facing environments, including 2–4+ years of leadership experience managing teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to drive business through client development, repeat sales, and high-value relationship management
  • Experience using CRM and clienteling tools to support client engagement and retention
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven concession environment
  • Experience in fine jewellery or luxury accessories is preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, MARIA TASH colleagues and leadership, Harrods management, and external partners
