Store Manager

Location: Glasgow
Salary: £30,170 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent (36 hours)

  • A confident, fashion-forward leader with experience in luxury, occasion wear, or premium accessories.
  • Someone who believes sales come through service — you listen, guide, and make every customer feel seen and celebrated.
  • A commercially aware manager who can interpret data and drive performance.
  • A mentor who can build a strong, supportive team culture, where confidence and creativity thrive.
  • A visual perfectionist who understands the importance of presentation, detail, and atmosphere.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver attentive, consultative service—think personal styling, not transactional selling.
  • Create a store environment that’s elegant, welcoming, and emotionally engaging.
  • Handle customer queries with warmth and professionalism—especially during those once-in-a-lifetime purchases.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and operational excellence.
  • Support your team’s growth through coaching, feedback, and development.
  • Monitor performance and take action to drive results.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed to the highest standard.
