What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.
- Build a culture of learning and wellbeing by coaching colleagues and helping them become trusted health and wellness experts through our Qualified to Advise training which you will also undergo.
- Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
- Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
- Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success across the wider region.

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience leading teams and managing store operations in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing performance, budgets and business priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first approach.
- A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your expertise.
