Store Manager | Edinburgh

We are supporting the appointment of a Store Manager for an established luxury brand, with responsibility for both a boutique and concession in Edinburgh. This is a senior leadership role focused on delivering an exceptional client experience, building high-performing teams and driving the continued growth of the business across both locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the teams across both locations, creating a positive, motivated and high-performing culture
  • Drive an exceptional level of client service, building long-term relationships and customer loyalty
  • Take ownership of commercial performance, identifying opportunities to grow sales and develop the business
  • Use KPIs and commercial insight to drive performance and deliver against agreed objectives
  • Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships
  • Coach and develop individuals, supporting progression and building a strong succession pipeline
  • Ensure the brand experience is consistently delivered across both the boutique and concession
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, concession partners and other key stakeholders
  • Represent the brand locally and identify opportunities to increase awareness, engagement and business growth

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Senior retail manager
  • Strong background in luxury or premium retail
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service
  • An experienced people leader with a track record of building and developing successful teams
  • Commercially driven, with a strong understanding of business development and sales growth
  • Confident managing relationships with clients, stakeholders and commercial partners
  • Energetic, hands-on and entrepreneurial in approach

Offering

  • Salary circa £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience
