Store Manager | Edinburgh
We are supporting the appointment of a Store Manager for an established luxury brand, with responsibility for both a boutique and concession in Edinburgh. This is a senior leadership role focused on delivering an exceptional client experience, building high-performing teams and driving the continued growth of the business across both locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the teams across both locations, creating a positive, motivated and high-performing culture
- Drive an exceptional level of client service, building long-term relationships and customer loyalty
- Take ownership of commercial performance, identifying opportunities to grow sales and develop the business
- Use KPIs and commercial insight to drive performance and deliver against agreed objectives
- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships
- Coach and develop individuals, supporting progression and building a strong succession pipeline
- Ensure the brand experience is consistently delivered across both the boutique and concession
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, concession partners and other key stakeholders
- Represent the brand locally and identify opportunities to increase awareness, engagement and business growth

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Senior retail manager
- Strong background in luxury or premium retail
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service
- An experienced people leader with a track record of building and developing successful teams
- Commercially driven, with a strong understanding of business development and sales growth
- Confident managing relationships with clients, stakeholders and commercial partners
- Energetic, hands-on and entrepreneurial in approach

Offering
- Salary circa £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience
- MBO bonus
