đź’° ÂŁ40,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa ÂŁ50,000+)
As a Store Manager, you'll lead one of our inspiring showrooms, helping customers create their dream kitchens while building a motivated and successful team and driving sales performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create a positive and supportive environment where your team can thrive
- Inspire and motivate colleagues to achieve their best every day
- Deliver against sales targets while protecting margin
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a 5-star experience
- Build strong relationships with your team and regional partners
- Spot growth opportunities and help develop and expand the showroom
Who We’re Looking For
- At least 2-3 years experience in the retail industry leading a team, desirably within KBB
- A proven track record in sales with exceptional customer service skills
- Strong leadership abilities to guide a team that’s motivated and empowered
- A creative approach and the flexibility to adapt to a varied work schedule
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Flexibility to work weekends
