Fancy building something from the ground up?

We're looking for an ambitious Store Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new fashion store in Beverley.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a store from day one. You'll be involved in building your team, setting the standards and creating the culture, while having real responsibility for driving sales and performance.

If you're currently a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager ready for your next step, this could be a great opportunity.

The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the new store and be responsible for:

  • Leading the store opening and getting everything ready for launch
  • Recruiting, training and developing your team
  • Creating a positive and high-performing store culture
  • Driving sales and delivering against KPIs
  • Delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store standards
  • Managing stock, deliveries and day-to-day operations
  • Using commercial information to identify opportunities and improve performance
  • Leading from the front and being visible on the shop floor

We're looking for someone who is:

  • An experienced Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager
  • Commercially driven with a strong focus on sales and KPIs
  • A confident people leader who enjoys developing a team
  • Customer focused and passionate about delivering great service
  • Energetic, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Organised, proactive and able to take ownership
  • Excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up

Previous experience in fashion, lifestyle, footwear or other customer-focused retail environments would be ideal.
