Store Manager | Food Retail | South Tyrone | £45,000-£50,000

Ready to take the lead on a high-performing, multi-million-pound retail business?

Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Store Manager on behalf of a long-established, fast-paced and customer-focused food retailer in South Tyrone.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious retail leader who thrives in a high-volume environment, knows how to get the best from people and has the commercial confidence to drive business performance.

You'll take ownership of a large team and a multi-million-pound turnover, balancing the day-to-day demands of a busy store with the bigger picture - identifying opportunities, improving performance and helping shape the future direction of the business.

What we're looking for

We're keen to speak with experienced Store Managers or Area Managers who are currently leading teams of 30+ colleagues within a significant-volume retail operation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
