We are partnering with a growing fashion retailer to appoint a Store Manager for an exciting new store opening in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced fashion retailer to join at an exciting stage of growth, taking ownership of the store from pre-opening through to launch and ongoing trading.
The Role
You will:
- Lead the new store opening, from recruitment and training through to launch.
- Take ownership of sales, KPIs and commercial performance.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and high service standards.
- Drive strong standards across VM, stock management and store operations.
- Analyse trading performance and identify opportunities to maximise sales.
- Build a positive, high-performance team culture.
- Work closely with the wider business on launches and commercial initiatives.

About You
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager or Flagship Store Manager with:
- Strong experience within fashion, premium retail.
- A proven track record of delivering strong commercial results.
- Experience leading and developing retail teams.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and commercial performance.
- A genuine passion for fashion, people and customer experience.
